Training overview:
Finance for Non-Finance is aimed at providing participants with the basic financial principles. In a 12 hours program, Participants will learn to read and understand the three types of financial statements, Balance Sheets, Income statements & Cash flow statements. They will also learn to apply the fundamentals of finance to improve budget management, increase potential profits, and assess the financial performance of business activities. This workshop uses a mix of interactive techniques like case studies and group exercises which are designed to provide a comprehensive working knowledge of critical financial concepts.
