Who We Are
Our journey commenced 16 years ago, as the pioneers behind 180° For Empowering People immersed themselves in active engagement with others through volunteer activities, camps, seminars, and individual and group sessions. Our founders diligently coached hundreds of individuals, empowering them to confront challenges hindering their success and make pivotal life decisions. This immersive experience enabled us to deeply grasp people’s concerns, discern their needs, and identify areas for personal growth and development.
Concurrently excelling in diverse professional fields such as engineering, sales, and business development, our founders sensed a higher calling. On May 26th, 2019, they united to realize their shared vision of making a meaningful impact on society, driven by passion, values, knowledge, and experience. Thus, they resolved that their life’s purpose was to empower individuals and profoundly influence lives, culminating in the establishment of an organization dedicated to delivering these services with utmost professionalism. Henceforth, 180° For Empowering People was born, serving as a beacon of transformative change. Throughout our journey, we’ve positively impacted thousands of youths across Jordan and various Arab countries, including Palestine, Lebanon, Qatar, the Emirates, Libya, and Egypt. Conducting over 500 sessions and numerous one-on-one coaching sessions, we remained steadfast even during crises.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we embraced our social responsibility by providing free training to approximately 1000 employees nationwide, tailoring content to address prevailing challenges, from motivation and innovation to financial management. You may wonder about the significance of our name. Since our inception, our founders have been dedicated to equipping Jordanians with the tools to navigate both personal and professional realms, fostering belief, empowerment, and enhanced capability. This commitment to transformation symbolizes a complete turnaround of 180 degrees towards a brighter, more prosperous future

Odai Baqaeen
(Co-Founder & Managing Partner)
Mr. Odai Baqaeen: Co-founder and managing partner of 180 degrees for empowering people training company. he is a professional certified trainer and coach who helps people to transform and see themselves differently. he is a mechanical engineer with more than 5 years of experience in managing an industrial factory,
He has a great experience inside Jordan with private companies and NGOs, he has trained and empowered more than 12 thousand employees and has more than 300 coaching hours.
His great experience in capacity-building and soft skills training has shaped his skills to be one of the best capacity-building experts and trainers in Jordan
About Coach. Odai Baqaeen:
– Bachelor’s Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from Hashemite University.
– Delivered a large number of workshops, and training courses to provide empowerment opportunities to youth and families.
– Has previous experience in public relations, sales, customer service, and business development.
– Has extensive experience as a Certified Human Development Trainer, a leader, and a motivational speaker.
– Consultant in guiding people on personal and professional levels.
Fadi Deabes
(Co-Founder & Managing Partner)
Mr. Fadi Deabes: Co-founder and managing partner of 180 degrees for empowering people training company. he is a professional certified trainer and coach who helps people to transform and see themselves differently. he is a certified learning and development manager from Carlton University, he is able to build training needs and analysis for individuals and employees inside their organizations.
He has a great experience inside Jordan with private companies and NGOs, he has trained and empowered more than 12 thousand employees and has more than 300 coaching hours.
